Note: A ticket is required to visit the museum (whether with or without an audio guide). Please refrain from spontaneous visits on sold-out days! The chocolate fountain, the Lindt shop and the café can still be visited without a ticket. Please check that the date/time is correct before completing payment!

Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.

Time Slot: Entry is only guaranteed for the booked time slot with a valid ticket. Entry time is 30 minutes from the booked time slot. We recommend planning at least 1.5 hours to enjoy the chocolate tour.
